Making a Reservation:
Reservations can be made through our Website, email, phone, or third-party booking platforms. All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation by Nativus.
Check-in and Check-out:
Check-in time is from 2:00 PM and check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and subject to availability and additional fees.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled arrival date to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will result in a charge of the first night's accommodation. This policy may vary for special rates or promotions.
Payment:
Payment is required at the time of booking or upon arrival, as specified during the reservation process. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. A valid credit card or deposit may be required to secure your reservation.
4. Guest Conduct and House Rules
All guests must comply with the following house rules:
- Respect other guests and maintain reasonable noise levels, especially during quiet hours (10:00 PM - 8:00 AM).
- No smoking in rooms or indoor common areas. Designated smoking areas are provided.
- Illegal activities, including drug use, are strictly prohibited.
- Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused by themselves or their visitors.
- Visitors must register at reception and are not permitted in accommodation areas.
- Pets are not allowed unless previously authorized by management.
5. Liability and Disclaimers
Nativus Art Hostel CR is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to guests' personal belongings. We recommend using provided lockers and safety deposit boxes. While we strive to maintain a safe environment, we are not liable for injuries or accidents that occur on the premises except where caused by our negligence. Guests use all facilities at their own risk.
